• Chainflux does not engage in any mining or cryptocurrency-related activities in connection with Nodefoundry.
• Chainflux and its directors, employees, agents, and representatives bear no liability whatsoever for any matter related to the token or the Platform, including but not limited to token value, availability, functionality, or any losses incurred through the use of tokens or the Platform.
